A sampling of Christmas papers that are going to make your gift-giving even more special.  Double sided papers by Smock are some  of my favorites.  Use one side for wrapping and use the other side as a band or cut strips and curl to make a gift you will be proud to give.

Beautiful Crane for Christmas

As always Crane & Co has formal/traditional boxed Christmas cards but this year the company as added a few fun letterpress images - deer, santa and snowman.  Formal/traditional or fun - sending or receiving a beautiful Crane Christmas card is a treat!

Holiday Invitations

Having a Holiday Party?   Personally I think less is more or simple is better or maybe "tasteful" is the word I'm looking for.  I sent this little invite to a few Pickle People a couple of weeks ago and even those not able to attend commented on the invite.  Size was small and content was "just the facts".   And of course the envelope was hand-addressed!  Make your invite a joy to receive.

Holiday Open House last Saturday and now on our way to Christmas with so much for all to see; including some fun little things that have no purpose other than giving pleasure to those who are lucky enough to receive.

BEAUTIFUL BOXES FOR CHRISTMAS!

New boxes handmade in upstate New York just arrived today along with matching large sheets of paper.  A good sturdy beautiful box is hard to find unless you are at the pickle!  Along with these two new designs the pickle also has several for everyday needs.

The cute little dog and cat calendars are back in town!  Had them in 2010 and unable to get them last year and many of you were disappointed - well put on your happy face 'cause they are now at the pickle!  Small and large - 4" and 6" -  too cute and perfect for your desk!

Pensee

New from Japan, 0.5 mm ballpoint pens in  yummy colors and a joy for writing notes.  Pens have a wooden barrel with French words and a metal retractor making these pens very special -  I'm liking this little pen!

Always a new journal at the pickle!  Today we received a few journals from Papaya and of course we know you will like them!

Receiving a package is always fun but getting one "all decked out" is just the best!  New at the pickle - vintage office paper tape.

Many, including me, have been following Wendy Addison for many years and just today the pickle received Wendy's latest creations - journal, stationery, and garland tiles.

New Gnomie Dolls at the pickle!  The dolls are handmade in Ecuador and provide livelihood to several Ecuadorian women.  These two dolls are a sampling of several more dolls - great gift!

Turnowsky cards are one of a kind beautiful!

Turnowsky cards, printed in Israel, are one of my favorites in the "beautiful and sweet" category.  Lovely paper detailed with embossing, amazing colors and sometimes foil making the card a gift indeed.  And we received first shipment of two today.

Excited to announce a new shipment of Noodlers' Ahab split-nib fountain pens and several bottles of new ink have arrived at the pickle!  Haven't had the pleasure of writing with a Noodlers' fountain pen - I'll let you try mine!

At the pickle - we love curly girl design cards, magnets, notepads and just in the 2013 calendar!  Leigh Standley is such an amazing artist and person - we are fortunate to have her art at the pickle.
