Elsa Beskow children's books

Written and illustrated by Elsa Beskow, Swedish children's book author, in the 30's and translated this year into English; both are sweet stories.  The pickle has several Elsa Beskow's books for your choosing.

Small Business Saturday

Tomorrow, Saturday, the 24th of November,  is Shop Small Business Day and the pickle will be open offering all who enter the front door fresh homemade cookies and a grateful smile; do drop by and support all of us downtown Wenatchee small businesses.

As always Crane & Co has formal/traditional boxed Christmas cards but this year the company as added a few fun letterpress images - deer, santa and snowman.  Formal/traditional or fun - sending or receiving a beautiful Crane Christmas card is a treat!

Holiday Invitations

Having a Holiday Party?   Personally I think less is more or simple is better or maybe "tasteful" is the word I'm looking for.  I sent this little invite to a few Pickle People a couple of weeks ago and even those not able to attend commented on the invite.  Size was small and content was "just the facts".   And of course the envelope was hand-addressed!  Make your invite a joy to receive.

Holiday Open House last Saturday and now on our way to Christmas with so much for all to see; including some fun little things that have no purpose other than giving pleasure to those who are lucky enough to receive.

BEAUTIFUL BOXES FOR CHRISTMAS!

New boxes handmade in upstate New York just arrived today along with matching large sheets of paper.  A good sturdy beautiful box is hard to find unless you are at the pickle!  Along with these two new designs the pickle also has several for everyday needs.
